September 9th, 2007I first plot the words for the strip, then draw an assorted set of sketches, which I manipulate and position into the appropriate spots. It’s a bit unconventional, but working this way gives me the freedom to draw at a larger size than I normally would. Here are the original sketches behind the latest ‘toon.
