The Baby Shower…
September 28th, 2007Aarti has her baby shower in Knoxville tonight. In the wee hours of the morning, I picked up my sister from the airport (she flew in from Sacramento via a red-eye flight). Today we’ll continue preparations for the hall - and the festivities will commence this evening.

That would mean she is either in the 6th or 8th month of her pregnancy! For those are the two months when “Seemantham” is supposed to be held traditionally as per culture in South Indian households!
[Occasionally the 4th month, but that's rare!]
