Leopard: Now on my Macbook Pro
November 4th, 2007I finally installed Leopard on my Macbook Pro (2.16GHz model). This time, instead of erasing my hard drive, I used the “archive and install” method. I’m pleased to report that everything went flawlessly. No hiccups, no weirdness - nada. Everything just worked.
Leopard’s given the MBP a swift kick in the pants - the machine runs like a true champ now. I’ve customized Spaces (virtual desktops) the way I like it. I verified that my key academic apps work - most importantly, my grading software - and all apps I tested ran well.
Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised with the ease of the entire OS upgrade process.
