Yes yes it is lonely at night when you are used to the sounds of another person (or more common for me the sound of another persons counting the baby).
Im on to a WEEK of being free of kids AND wife the first time in about six years and it gives me the creep. Although i have to work i don’t know what im gonna do the whole day long. Gonna miss my four sweeties, especially at night.

The nights suck when everyone is gone. I tend to just watch movies till I pass out.
