Flashin’ Back…
My parents (like most South Indian parents) had really high expectations. More to say on this subject, but I’ll let the strips speak to that.

Regarding today’s comic - 90% is an A-
A’s are from 93% - 100%
B+’s are from 87% to 89%
Usually. Most American schools have a slight fluctuation on those marks.

I wonder, if 5 ‘B+’ and 1 ‘A’ would have been better.

5B+ and 1A would get Krishna’s comic book privileges taken away until the next report card was released.

If my parents cared a little more about my grades, I probably would have done better.
I never did homework and got “A’s” on tests, giving me a solid C- average in high school.
Find a balance with your daughter.
