These books just came in the mail last night. I can’t wait to dive into them. Expect a full review on both books after I’ve had a chance to thoroughly explore them.

Mom and Dad are staying with us this week. We’ve had some of the best… sleep, as you can imagine.

Do you enjoy UNcubed? Do you want UNcubed to appear within your favorite Indian newspaper / magazine? Help me spread the word about the strip. An e-mail, phone call, or even a good ol’ fashioned snail mail letter can work wonders!
Thanks for your support in the coming year!

I’m a little too connected, I think. This scenario plays itself out quite frequently in our home. How about you?

As of this post, Mom’s been out of the hospital for two days now. The doctor who reported that she needed angioplasty came back after running additional tests and found that her heart was not, in fact, blocked (a good thing). Still, we’re left wondering why she was in such agonizing pain last Wednesday. (The doctor wasn’t able to explain that.)
In any event, Mom’s back at her home now, resting. I’d like to thank everyone who wrote in (via Twitter, the comments on this blog, etc.) for offering their support and kind words. It really meant a lot to me.
Wishing everyone a fantastic holiday season. I’ll have a new strip ready to roll this week.
Stay ‘tooned,

….I’ll be inking it this morning and should have the latest ‘toon up in a few hours. In the meantime, here’s a teaser for this week’s installment:
…I’ll be 56 years old.
I know the time will go by a lot faster now that I have a little daughter. I’m looking forward to seeing her grow up, but I also don’t want her to grow up too fast.
I can’t even imagine what life will be like 20 years from now. Time, do me a favor and don’t go by so fast.

Here are the raw inks for this week’s strip, for those who are interested in the behind-the-scenes stuff.
