Marker “Magic”
When your kids are quiet, they are up to some mischief. Lesson learned.
Witness the evidence below. Sonia had taken one of my capped Sharpie markers, uncapped it and started marking up our nightstand, window, and (even worse) the upholstery of one of our dining chairs.
When confronted with these accusations, Sonia merely smiled and gave me a hug. She’s off the hook this time…

Heh, I did something similar when I was little. The markings on our wall are still visible…

Dude. I have 3 kids and I SO know the feeling of this disaster. Oh, and PS: Magic Erasers. It really ought to take most of these stains out. Works wonders for us!

Been there done that!! My son is the WORST about getting into silent trouble. My daughter at least giggles to give herself away!
Try alcohol on the upholstery and a magic eraser on the rest. Just be sure to blot the alcohol with a white paper towel or cotton cloth as you’re cleaning it or the ink will spread as the alcohol dissolves it. Good luck!!!

I’m glad other people can clue you in to how to get the stains out, the worst I ever had to deal with was crayon with my 3 kids. Hugs are such a horribly, horribly effective bribe at that age!! Good luck!

Now that the frustration and cleanup are past,
get her a pad of paper for her own – she wants to be an artist like her Papa.
