I play this short Oscar-awarded animated short to my animation classes each quarter. It’s succinct, minimalistic, but incredibly moving and powerful. Watch it and see if you don’t agree with me…

The first time I saw this I was in my second quarter in Grad school in a special 5 person class w/Debra. Thankfully we had the lights out cuz I cried, cried…snuck out to the bathroom as soon as it was over-but since there were only 5 of us…everyone noticed and teased me afterward. Very glad to see you’re sharing such a wonderful piece with other young artists.
