The Mumbai Experience: Part 2
Behind the scenes:
I shaved my beard to surprise Aarti. She’d already seen me with the beard via webcam, so the best way to shock her was to show up clean shaven. (It worked.) But that’s a story for another time…
Part 3 continues next week. Keep the feedback coming. And, oh, tell your friends to check out UNcubed. Seriously. Go and tell ‘em. I’ll wait.
Thanks a bunch!

Oh, so is this why we got some extra cartoons after your announcement that you were off to India, and before the automated repeats started up? Had some time while you got your passport renewed?
My U.S. passport expired last year, while I was here in India. It only took about a week and a half to get it renewed through the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai and delivered right to my in-laws’ doorstep in Pune.

While this whole airline incident was happening, I kept saying to myself “This is going to be put into a future UNcubed.”…

Well sure, you have to get *something* useful out of all that hassle. Glad you got it sorted out after all!
And yes, oui, ya, I am telling my friends about Uncubed. Today I told Mathieu in France, Jonty in Kolkata and Tamoso on Bangladesh.
