We went to the Lowry Park Zoo on Saturday. It was ridiculously hot outside, so when the opportunity to soak ourselves in water presented itself… well, we took it. 
I know the blog has been somewhat in the doldrums lately, but I hope to rectify that by adding my wife Aarti on as a co-author. She’ll be blogging about parenthood, Indian cooking, and whatever strikes her fancy.

About Aarti… we´d love to hear from her. We´re big uncubed fans, but you know that. And nothing would complete it like Aarti´s view. Her A&S Extreme appearance not too long ago was surprising, and very pleasant. I was surprised my wife stuck around listening that time. She´s a big fan, alright!

where is the water comin from?
The water was pouring from a pipe on the side of the building. The park has several “cool off” areas. We took the first one we found.
