Apparently, the site is accessible through Linux and not Windows from my PC; maybe the Nova Scotians are taking a stand for Free Software and shunning all those who rely on Bill Gates' baby to access their sites! But the DSM -IV states that the act of bullying stems from personal insecurities that the bullies have; that go unresolved and hence are acted out in a different manner!
