My sister sent me this idea. She was talking to Dad about taking vitamins to boost her memory. Dad apparently got the wrong idea… and the conversation up above is what played out.
Funny how our parents still don’t trust us to do the right thing.

Forget the vitamins. I’m buying my first ever home this Friday several hundred miles away from where I grew up, and no one back home thinks I’m capable of making an informed decision about the house. It’s very frustrating. They also think my marriage of five years now was a mistake that I’ll eventually realize. Uggggh.
Yes parents are a trial all their own. You raise them the best you can and they still cling to you. In all fairness to them though I have a bad feeling I will be nearly as bad as my parents when my children become adults. It’s not that parents don’t believe in you or trust you, it’s that all they can see is that little child that depended on them for everything.
Haha … I’m still addicted to the Flintstones Vitamins I started taking as a child … the orange ones have are delightful!
Ha ha ha … we brown folks are like that only!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2lPniSsFxs
I can just imagine the conversation!!
